We're in the process of making available, online, our diversity expertise gained over decades of education and consulting work, and welcoming your expertise as well. We'll organize the resources to make available the most extensive database of readily-accessible diversity resources available anywhere. We'll use our expertise to guide members in using the database, and planning and executing their diversity work. We'll bring together diversity workers in organizations, and consultants who can help them.

Through sharing the costs and the products of diversity work across the entire DoingDiversityWork.com community, we can make great work inexpensive, and thus, far more accessible to a far wider range of people and organizations. This accessibility can lead to a lot more good work in a lot more organizations.

DoingDiversityWork.com is organized and operated in the spirit of a community. We're striving to build a community that is inclusive, holistic, cooperative, socially and environmentally responsible, and more effective together.

Our focus is on assisting you in actively doing the work--supporting you with practical guidance and tools. We also make your work easier and more effective, by providing a clearinghouse for resources and guidance, and organizing the vast array of resources available through the community. These actions can help you simplify, assess, determine, utilize, execute, lead, and so much more!
