  • enables widespread access to sound and leading edge diversity work; and
  • encourages widespread implementation of GREAT diversity work  

in all kinds of organizations!

for housing and accessing the tools of our trade, for showcasing our work to potential clients who need it, for finding providers to help us in our work, for guiding and mentoring novices and juniors, for 'hanging' with other folks who 'get us' ; ) and where we can grow and learn together! See how...

So are we! We’re here to help everyone doing diversity work, so the world can get more great work done! We're here to support you and facilitate your work. We're here to make it easier for you to do the great work you do.

We've created a 'hub' for diversity work,

  • bringing together the wide variety of tools, people, and organizations that do the work--including diversity product and service providers and diversity managers, volunteers, and all others responsible for diversity work  all in ONE community;
  • providing new tools to fill some of the gaps;
  • supporting others to create new tools to move us forward in new ways; and
  • making a widely-accessible space for the diversity-work community and our important work.
